Yes, DTF printing requires a DTF printer, heat press, and specific inks and powders. We recommend:

Setting your heat press to the following parameters:

  • Temperature: 300 F
  • Time: 14 seconds
  • Pressure: Firm

Absolutely! DTF prints are washable and can withstand multiple washes without fading. Always follow the care instructions on the garment tag for optimal results.

We typically recommend high-resolution original illustrator files with a transparent background, or a share link from Canva will work. However, feel free to contact us to discuss your specific artwork.

  • Sharp & Crisp Images: Use high-resolution files with 300 DPI (dots per inch) for a clear and detailed print.
  • Close-Up Crop: Crop your image tightly, removing any excess background canvas or empty space.
  • Actual Print Size: Make sure your image matches the size you want it printed at.

  • Standard turnaround: Get your prints in just 2-3 business days after placing your order, provided your artwork is perfect and ready to print.
  • Order by 2 pm EST for faster processing!
  • Artwork Approval: If your artwork needs adjustments to meet our specifications, we’ll let you know. Once we receive your corrected artwork, your order will ship out in 2-3 business days.
  • Please note: During peak times like Christmas, Valentine’s Day, and Easter, there may be potential delays of 1-3 days due to higher order volume.

We recommend submitting your artwork early, especially for time-sensitive orders. This will allow us to ensure everything is perfect for printing and get your order out to you as soon as possible!

Yes, we offer express shipping options for faster delivery times. These options will be displayed during checkout.
